Equipment and Guidelines
The IPC has approved a 2008 Programme for Sailing and has honoured Sailing's expansion with the addition of another medal and event - and further challenged sailing to increase participation of women. IFDS is negotiating various athlete allocations, but the substance of this document will remain unchanged.

Equipment Evaluation Process

IFDS asked the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) for permission to add two extra events to the Paralympic Sailing program for 2008 in Beijing, China. The IPC has decided to allow IFDS only one additional event, a Two-Person Keelboat event. Click here for more information
