Job Opportunity: Match Racing Coach

The Royal Netherlands Yachting Union is seeking a full-time Women's Match Racing Coach.

The main tasks of the coach will be the guidance of the development of the sailors, training, coaching during events, sharing technical sports knowledge, scouting talent and developing the long term technical education plan.

The Dutch Elliott squad is part of the Delta Lloyd Sailing Team. The Delta Lloyd Sailing Team selects, trains and manages the best sailors in Olympic classes from the Netherlands. Next to 'performance' we also strive to improve 'media-value'and 'presentation'
