The Société Nautique de Genève, the 33rd America's Cup defending yacht club, today published a draft version of the Sailing Instructions and a draft amended Notice of Race for the 33rd America's Cup Deed of Gift Match due to start on the 8 February.
This draft document has been sent to the challenger and may be discussed at the meeting between the two teams in the presence of the International Jury Chairman, David Tillett, in Singapore on 12 January.
SNG also published a draft of the amended 33rd America's Cup Notice of Race incorporating the New York Supreme Court's recent decisions and following discussions with GGYC and BMW Oracle Racing representatives in Sydney on 15 December 2009.

In response to the publication of the documents, Tom Ehman, spokesman for the Challenger, the Golden Gate Yacht Club, issued the following statement: "Golden Gate Yacht Club has received the draft Sailing
Instructions and revised Notice of Race from Société Nautique de Geneve.
"Golden Gate Yacht Club is hopeful that the remaining issues will be solved satisfactorily in talks with SNG to be held next Tuesday in Singapore.
"These talks will be in the presence of the Chairman of the International Jury, David Tillett and, International Sailing Federation representative, David Kellett.
"GGYC does not expect to make any further comment until after the Singapore meeting."
