The International Sailing Federation (ISAF) says PSP was "perfect" for its training and development after it chose the British-based company to become an Official Supplier.
PSP, which provides worldwide freight forwarding, express courier services and packing as well as boat transportation and marine spares, will handle logistics for ISAF to deliver equipment to support huge sporting events around the globe.

ISAF Members will also be entitled to a discount with PSP, simply contact them (contact information is provided the end of this release) for more details.

It follows the formation of the PSP Alliance, a group of PSP-approved agents around the world, which ensures the same PSP service in all corners of the globe.

ISAF is the world governing body for the sport of sailing and as such is responsible for promoting it worldwide, managing sailing at the Olympic Games and developing racing rules and regulations for all the major sailing competitions around the world.

Dan Jaspers, ISAF's Training and Development Manager, said: "To have PSP on board is perfect for ISAF's training and development work, particularly with emerging sailing nations.

"New markets need reliable logistics to help deliver equipment efficiently and safely. I am looking forward to working with all the PSP team and welcome their unique input, enthusiasm and support in these exciting times at ISAF."

PSP Managing Director, Frank Dixie, said: "We're delighted to be an official supplier to ISAF.

"We've recently announced our worldwide alliance, which ensures PSP's high standards around the globe, and working with ISAF shows how important that is.

"Our reputation as a logistics provider with a tried and tested worldwide network is really paying off. We're pleased that ISAF has recognized our global infrastructure as the best for its needs."
