Following discussions at the 2003 ISAF Mid-Year Meeting, changes were approved to the ISAF Regulations.
The ISAF Regulations are the rules which govern the administration of the sport, whilst the Racing Rules of Sailing govern competition on the water. Competitors, event organisers, officials and other organisations alike should comply with both the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing and Regulations.
In order to identify the changes made to the Regulations, ISAF has published two additional information documents:

The complete updated ISAF Regulations are available online at - www.sailing.org/regulations - where they can be downloaded by section or in entirety.
In addition to the online version, all ISAF Member National Authorities, Classes, Affiliated Members, Race Officials and Committee Members will receive by mail the amended regulations.
