Yachting Australia seeks to appoint a full-time Participation and Training Manager.
The Participation and Training Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the provision of quality boating training in Australia and creating an environment and culture within yachting that encourages the sport to seek to attract new participants
This position is a new role for Yachting Australia and is central to driving the pursuit of the participation and training specific objectives of the Strategic Plan.
Some of the key competencies for this position include:
Solid project and program management experience
Being customer service focused
Knowledge and understanding of the National Training Authority framework
Excellent management and communications skills
