2006 Event Moved To March

Expert Olympic Garda 2006

Lake Garda, Italy

The ISAF Grade 2 Expert Olympic Garda taking place on Lake Garda, Italy has been moved from May to March next year so as not to clash with the ISAF World Sailing Games, which are taking place on Lake Neusiedl, Austria from 10-20 May.

The new dates for the Expert Olympic Garda 2006, hosted by the Fraglia della Vela, will be 22-26 March, with racing planned in all eleven Olympic classes.

This year the event saw numerous stars in attendance with victories going to amongst others, Olympic silver medallist in the Finn Rafael TRUJILLO (ESP) and the now Yngling World Champions Sally BARKOW, Carrie HOWE and Debbie CAPOZZI (USA).
