Australia On Top
Topcat K1 World Championship 2005
Lake Garda, Italy
A rainy weekend on Lake Garda, Italy greeted the inaugural Topcat K1 World Championship, but conditions have improved with typical Ora winds of five to six beaufort allowing six high speed races to take place.
Of the 39 teams from eight countries fighting for the title, Australia's Andrew LANDENBERGER and Felix EGNER hold a ten point lead after scoring bullets in races two, three and six. The Austrian team of Michi and Berni SEIDL lie second, just four points ahead of the Italians Roberto CASADEI and Andreas BROLLI.
