Following the publication of the 2009-2012 edition of The Racing Rules of Sailing, the standard Notice of Race and standard Sailing Instructions should be used for all Match Racing events starting after 1 January 2009.

Both documents are available as part of the The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 which can be downloaded from www.sailing.org/rrs, or order your hardcopy at www.sailing.org/publications.

In addition, to aid event organizers and Race Officials, both the standard Notice of Race and standard Sailing Instructions have been published as Microsoft Word documents, with comments boxed on the right hand side. This allows the documents to be easily adjusted to suit individual events.

The new Match Race Grading Form has been available for download for several months and will be the only accepted Grading Form for events in 2009.
