ISAF has set the ISAF Registered Testing Pool (RTP) for the first half of 2009 on 17 December 2008.
The ISAF RTP identifies sailors who are subject to both In-competition testing and Out-of-Competition testing. Sailors in the ISAF RTP are required to provide whereabouts information using the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) Anti-Doping Administration & Management System (ADAMS).

The ISAF Registered Testing Pool is set when the ISAF World Sailing Rankings were released on 10 December 2008 and the Women's ISAF World Match Race Ranking were released on 17 December 2008.

These are taken from the following ISAF Ranking lists and can be viewed on ADAMS.

Top 5 from:

Men's 470
Women's 470
Laser Radial
Women's Match Race

Top 10 from:

Women's RS:X
Men's RS:X

Athletes who have been identified as included in their International Federation's Registered Testing Pool may only obtain Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs) in accordance with the rules of their International Federation.

More information on the ADAMS system, the ADAMS Athletes Guide, and an Athlete Whereabouts Training Video can all be found on the ISAF Medical and Anti-Doping microsite -
