There were class victories for Tuiga of the Yacht Club Monaco (Vintage Gaff rig-bigger); Bona Fide of Giuseppe GIORDANO (Vintage Gaff- smaller); Mariella of Carlo FALCONE (Vintage Bermudian-bigger)); Cholita of Marilinda NETTIS (Vintage Bermudian-smaller); Alcor Secondo of Alessandro GUCCI (Classic-bigger); and Al Na' Ir III of Fabio MANGIONE (Classic-smaller), which received the 'pendulette' Panerai. Overall winners in two large fleet were Bona Fide (Vintage) and Al Na' Ir III (Classic).
After the success in Porto Rotondo, the classic yachting world is ready to sail to France for the next appointments that will close the circuit Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge 2005. First up is Cannes from 28 September-2 October and then St. Tropez from 3-9 October, where the Challenge Trophy will be awarded.
