Fujifilm finishes in 8h 13' 42. The green trimaran crossed the finishing line in front of Calais at 8h 13' 42 this Monday morning and therefore wins this second edition of the Course des Phares Calais-Calais followed by Bonduelle 110 miles behind.
Fujifilm arrived on a stormy Monday coming out of the mist at a 25 knots speed. Leaned on its port side foil, the trimaran quickened its pace and was getting bursts of speed topping 30 knots -- on a still sea!
Fujifilm suffered from some damage especially the rear part of its centre-board but also the fin in front of the left rudder blade.
It took 7 days 16 hours 32 minutes and 42 seconds for Fujifilm to complete the 2500 miles distance of the Course des Phares with an average speed of 14 knots.
