Cormac BRADLEY is a lifelong sailor having started sailing in Carlingford Lough Yacht Club where his Father was a founder member. He has been involved with a wide range of classes such as Herons, Scorpions, J22, L26, J27, GP14, Ruffian 23, Shipman 28. While in South Africa he competed in Fireballs sailing in regional and National regattas and the Fireball Worlds in 1999. Cormac has served as an officer on committees in numerous sailing organisations, notably: -
Sailing Committee, ExCo and Commodore of Pretoria Sailing Club. President Transvaaal Sailing Association. President South African Sailing Association. Chairman, Fireball International South Africa. Rear Commodore, Fireball International South Africa Chairman, National Match Racing Regatta
He currently sails Fireballs on the Irish circuit, is on the Irish Fireball Class Committee and has been a member of Galway Bay Sailing Club.
Cormac's role in the ISA will be to continue building the delivery of valued services to Irish sailing participants through the successful ISA team which currently comprises 11 employees. In pursuit of further commitment to service the ISA will shortly be advertising for a Marketing and Communications Manager.
