FIGUEROA Maintains His Lead

Hobie 16 North American Championship 2005

Ventura, California, USA

Puerto Rico's Olympian Enrique FIGUEROA and his wife Carla still in the lead the Hobie 16 North American Championship in Ventura, California, USA, with a fifth title looking increasingly likely.

The race committee eased up a bit on the schedule yesterday running only three races to ensure that all of the teams have had an equal number of races as the Championship heads towards the final day tomorrow.

Behind the FIGUEROA, Juan MAEGLI and Cristina GUIROLA (GUA) lie second, just four points back, whilst Mexico's Armando NORIEGA and Rodrigo ACHACH are sixth points behind them in third.
