The ISAF RTP identifies sailors who are subject to both In-competition testing and Out-of-Competition testing. Sailors in the ISAF RTP are required to provide whereabouts information using the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) Anti-Doping Administration & Management System (ADAMS).

The ISAF Registered Testing Pool is set when the ISAF World Sailing Rankings were released on 10 December 2008 and the Women’s ISAF World Match Race Ranking were released on 17 December 2008.

Athletes who have been identified as included in their International Federation’s Registered  Testing Pool may only obtain Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs) in accordance with the rules of their International Federation.
