New ISAF Interpretation Issued
In response to requests from the Chairman of the Election Committee and Yachting New Zealand, the ISAF Constitution Committee has issued an interpretation of Article 71 - Nomination and Election of Officers.
In accordance with ISAF Regulation 3.2: “Any Member National Authority, Class, Officer or Committee Chairman or Vice-Chairman may submit a request in writing for an interpretation of the Constitution or Regulations.”
