Two races were sailed by the Championship fleet yesterday and it was an exciting finale. Jean-Luc ROBITAILLE and Ted MURPHY went into the final day tied on points with J Morgan MEGARRY 15 points behind them in third. ROBITAILLE did not have the start to the day he would have liked finishing 21 whilst MURPHY took second and MEGARRY fourth. This meant everything came down to the final race.

It was however to be ROBITAILLE's day and he produced a third in the final race whilst his rivals MURPHY and MEGARRAY finished 35 and 11 respectively. This meant ROBITAILLE took the honours whilst MEGARRY moved up to second and MURPHY third.

Final race victory went to Ricardo MONTEMAYOR, his second bullet of the championship. MONTEMAYOR put on an excellent performace with two bullets and three seconds but a DNF and a BFD meant he was forced down to sixth overall.

In the Green Fleet, Alexander MANN continued his dominance taking a second and a first yeasterday to win by a margin of 20 points from second placed Devan DUBE.
