WALKER reflected, 'Our crew work really came together and we are settled into the boat a bit better now, Kyle [LANGFORD] and Jamie [WOODS] were really working hard today.' He explained that the crew set up is bedding down well, 'Kyle and I have done the last two seasons together, but this is the first time sailing with Jamie and he is working with us really well.'
He continued, 'Despite having three losses yesterday we were still really pleased with how things went and just a few things didn't go our way - so today we just had a bit more luck.'
Again the Youth International was late starting as the racing began at 1500 hours local time when a light southerly filled in. The Race Committee moved quickly to get in six flights before the boats came off the water at 1830.
