Racing again got off to a late start, with the Race Committee postponing the first race of the day until 1300 hours local time due to a lack of wind. A postponement on the water further delayed things until 1340, but the fleet's patients held and the day passed without any black flags or general recalls.
The boats got underway for a triangular course. After eight races and one discard (pending protests) ESTAUGH and ROWLEY are leading with eleven points.
ESTAUGH and ROWLEY scored their third and fourth bullets of the Championship, meaning a finish of ninth or better in either of tomorrow's races will guarantee them the World title.
Two sixth places for Mamoon SADIQ and Abdul HAMEED (PAK) give them a ten point cushion over Zahid RAUF and Rana WAQAS (PAK) in the battle for second place, with two Indian teams rounding out the top five.
Last year the 2005 Enterprise World Championship was postponed due to the Tsunami. The 2006 Worlds will be held in Looe, Cornwall, Great Britain from 29 July-4 August.
