Championship Gears Up
Byte World Championship 2005

Approximately 40 crew, representing three continents are preparing for the start of the Byte World Championship on Lake Garda, Italy.
Bermuda, Canada, Croatia, France, Great Britain, Italy, Singapore and United States will all be represented on the startline tomorrow when the first starting signal goes at 1300 hours local time.
This evening the sailors will gather for the opening ceremony on Fraglia Della Vella's Terrace. Fifteen races are scheduled, with three per day through to a conclusion on Sunday.
This year both men's and women's champions will be new as 2004 World Champions Calvin ZHI YANG LIM (SIN) and Danielle DUBE (CAN) do not feature on the Entry List.
