Built in 1899, the oldest yacht in the regatta, 'Galatea', a beautiful classic yawl with an overall deck length of 72 ft owned by Judd and Pete TINIUS pulled off a clean sweep in the Vintage Class A division, winning all four races sailed. Classic Class A went to Wandering Albatross, the Traditional Class was won by Genesis and the Spirit of Tradition class was won by Equus.
Cuilan skippered by Peter UNDERDOWN (USA) picked up the Carib Bean Coffee Cup Single-handed CSA Big Boat Division trophy with Sunshine, Hans LAMMERS (ANT) claiming the small boat victory.
The Concours D'Elegance, judged on day one of the regatta was one by Belle Aventure. With some of the most beautiful sailing vessels in the world dressed in their finery at the Antigua Yacht Club Marina judging was not easy.
