Executive Committee Minutes Published

ISAF Executive Committee

The minutes from the September meeting of the ISAF Executive Committee have now been published on the ISAF website.

The Executive Committee, which is composed of the President, seven Vice-Presidents and two Presidents of Honour (non-voting), is responsible for implementing the policy decisions of the ISAF Council, the final decision making body of ISAF.

The Executive Committee meet four times per year. The third of this year's meetings was held at the ISAF Secretariat in Southampton, Great Britain from 7-10 September. Amongst the issues discussed were the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Sailing Competitions, the IOC Youth Olympic Games and the ISAF Strategic Plan.

The next meeting of the ISAF Executive Committee will take place during the 2007 ISAF Annual Conference.
