Andy CASSELL (GBR) has made his three Cassell foundation Sonars available for this weekend including his brand new boat. He will also be available during the weekend to offer advice on what is involved in a Paralympic campaign. CASSELL and his crew won gold in 1996, a result which has not yet been matched by any other British Paralympic sailor.
By the end of the weekend the organizers hope that sailors will know if this is what they want to do for the next four years and that they will have teamed up with two other like minded sailors, who between themselves will classify at 14 points or less in the IFDS International Classification.
Organizers also hope that complete crews will apply to Scandia for selection to the Scandia Cowes Week squad.
