In addition to the amendments outlined below, the Class Flag will be replaced with a starting board on the Race Committee boat.

14.4 Races will be started using the following signals. This changes RRS 26 and Race Signals.

14.5 When the warning signal is a white flag, no part of a boat's hull, crew or equipment shall be in the triangle formed by the ends of the starting line and the first mark during the last minute before her starting signal. If a boat breaks this rule and is identified, she shall be disqualified without a hearing but not if the race is restarted or re-sailed. This changes RRS 26, 63.1 and A5. RRS 29.1 Individual recall does not apply. The scoring abbreviation under this rule is OCS. This changes A11 Scoring Abbreviations.
14.6 When the warning signal is a black flag, RRS 30.3 shall apply.
14.7 To alert boats that a race or sequence of races will begin soon, the orange starting line flag will be displayed with one sound at least five minutes before a preparatory signal is made.

ISAF Sailing World Cup
The ISAF Sailing World Cup is a world-class annual series for Olympic sailing. It is open to the sailing events chosen for the 2016 Olympic Sailing Competition. Its centre piece is the ISAF Sailing World Cup Final in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The 2015 ISAF Sailing World Cup will consist of five regattas for all ten Olympic events and where possible, Formula Kite Racing. Qualification places for the ISAF Sailing World Cup final are up for grabs at each event. The final will bring together the top 20 boats in each Olympic event and an Open Kiteboarding event where the World Cup Champions will be crowned
