The 2007 Youth Worlds begins with the official arrival day on 12 July, followed the practice race and Opening Ceremony on Friday 13 July. Racing takes place from 14-20 July, with a lay day on 17 July. Twelve races are scheduled for each event, except for the two 29er events, where 16 races are scheduled.
Racing will take place out of Portsmouth Olympic Harbour (POH), the venue for the 1976 Olympic Sailing Competition and the annual CORK Regatta, an ISAF Grade 1 event for the Laser and Laser Radial.
