The first Medal Races get underway at the 2007 ISAF Sailing World Championships in Cascais, Portugal today. Right from the start of the Championships all the best action has been caught on film - find out how to watch the highlights from Cascais and the Medal Races live below…

ISAF has appointed Sportshows and CSI Sports to manage TV production and distribution before, during and after the 2007 ISAF Sailing World Championships.

After a week of big breeze and big waves there is plenty of spectacular footage from the Championships so far, whilst the first of the Medal Races will decide the Star and Tornado World Champions today. From today until 13 July two Medal Races per day are scheduled for 15:00 and 16:30 local time.

Sail.TV will also be broadcasting the Medal Race live together with daily highlights from Cascais.

There is also live online tracking of the Medal Races at www.isafworldstracking.com.

About The 2007 ISAF Worlds

Over 1,300 sailors from 76 nations are competing at the 2007 ISAF Sailing World Championships, from 28 June-13 July in Cascais, Portugal. 'The Wind Is Calling' is the official motto for the 2007 Worlds. The Championships are the principal qualification regatta for the 2008 Olympic Sailing Competition, with 75% of all national places to be decided.
