Austrians Triumph
Soling Masters World Championship 2005
Balatonfüred, Lake Balaton, Hungary
The Austrian team of Carl AUTERIED, Martin KENDLER and Udo MOSER are the 2005 Soling Masters Champions as racing came to an end today on Lake Balaton, Hungary.
Second overall was the Hungarian team helmed by George WOSSALA, whilst in third another Hungarian team, this time helmed by Gabor BANKUTY, took the last podium place.
Many of the crews present in Hungary will now begin preparing their boats for the biggest Soling World Championship since 1998, which starts in Castiglione della Pescaia, Italy, next week.
