Robert Sloane (MEX)

It is with regret that ISAF reports the passing away of Robert Sloane (MEX)
ISAF expresses sincere condolences to the family of Robert Sloane who passed away on 29 May 2001 in Mexico.

Robert has always been an avid and committed supporter to the sport of sailing, both within Mexico, and internationally as a long-serving committe member of ISAF and international judge.

Robert retired from his ISAF Committee commitments in November 2000, but remained as an active ISAF International Judge. He has been involved with ISAF since 1976, firstly as a member of the Racing Rules Committee and more recently as a member of the Review Board, and retired from his long-serving position on the Constitution Committee in November 2000.

ISAF expresses our deep regret and condolences to Robert's wife, Madys Mary Sloane and family.
