Nextra ISAF World Team Racing Championship

Twenty one teams from fifteen different countries have entered teams to the Nextra ISAF World Team Racing Championship taking place from 18-25 August on Brno Lake in the Czech Republic.

The first ISAF World Team Sailing Championship took place at West Kirby, Great Britain in 1994. Since then the event has grown in popularity.

This year's championship will take place at Lodni Sporty Sailing Club, on Brno Lake in the Czech Republic, with the teams racing in International 420 dinghies without spinnakers or trapezes.

The defending champions are New Zealand, Silver medallists last year were the United States of America and third Great Britain.
