The Head Coach will be directly supervised by the PYA Coordinator Sailing and will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and management of the National Team of 470 Class to achieve international performance in line with national program strategies and targets.

Applicants who are succesfull in gaining an interview will be expected to present plan for the preparation to the 2008 Olympic Games and national team development.

This position is being offered on a full-time contract to 31st December 2006 with an option to extend the contract in case of succesfull performance and is open to Polish residents and foreign applicants who have the relevant work rights within Poland.
