Goals:

Leadership - evolve ISAF to be more dynamic and transparent, with capacity to meet the increasing pressures demanded of an Olympic Sports Federation. Improve representation within ISAF debating and decision making processes.
Partnership - increase engagement and partnership with MNAs, Continental Federations, Classes, Athletes, Industry, other Sports Federations and NOCs. Improve understanding of partner's needs.
Commercial - manage ISAF as a commercial business and generate viable revenue streams, through professional management and delivery of ISAF events, products and intellectual property. Develop a global brand to capture interest, position sailing as an attractive commercial investment and showcase sailing's values.
Events - develop a viable programme for Olympic and other pinnacle sailing events, supporting a club to national to elite participation pathway.
Communication - increase use of technology and improve communication and share knowledge across all aspects of sport.
Athletes - provide services to support Olympic campaigners and sailors wishing to establish a career in the sport.
