Goals:
Leadership - evolve ISAF to be more dynamic and transparent, with capacity to meet the increasing pressures demanded of an Olympic Sports Federation. Improve representation within ISAF debating and decision making processes. Partnership - increase engagement and partnership with MNAs, Continental Federations, Classes, Athletes, Industry, other Sports Federations and NOCs. Improve understanding of partner's needs.
