To work with the Board and CEO in ensuring World Sailing is recognised as a well-managed and governed sport and operates with the highest integrity.

To implement the provisions of the Continental Associations Working Party to assist growth in our sport and in particular, the developing regions of the World.

To maintain and consolidate sailing as a sport in the Olympic Games, including an appropriate and balanced spread of events, having regard to the way in which the sport is conducted and the need for gender equality, both from the numbers perspective and event perspective.
