The 2009 ISAF Conference will take place at the Paradise Hotel, Busan, Korea from 5 November to 15 November
You will need to ensure that you have a valid passport (6 months after entry into Korea) and entry visa if required. ISAF can provide a letter of invitation to assist with visa applications and requests should be sent to secretariat@isaf.co.uk.

Transport from Gimhae Airport
There is a limousine bus service (no 15) which runs every 20 minutes from Gimhae Airport and stops at the Paradise Hotel. Cost KRW 6,000 KRW. See link below:

Busan Metropolitan City, also known as Pusan is the largest port city in South Korea. Busan has a population of 3.65 million and is South Korea's second largest metropolis, after Seoul. The city is located on the Soute astern most tip of the Korean Peninsula and faces the Korea Strait.
The city has a long association with sailing. During the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games, Busan hosted the Olympic Sailing Competition. The city also hosted the 2005 Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship.
Other major events hosted by Busan include the 2002 Asian Games, APEC 2005 Korea and matches of the 2002 FIFA World Cup. The city has officially announced its bid to host the 2020 Summer Olympics Games.
ISAF Classes Committee Meeting - Saturday 7 November 2009
An ISAF Class may appoint one member to the ISAF Classes Committee. There is a requirement for class representatives to register by Friday 23 October 20009 by following the instructions given below. In addition, the name of the one member appointed together with the name of the class they will be representing should be advised to Norbert@isaf.co.uk at the ISAF Secretariat by 23 October 2009.
On arrival at the conference venue, the class appointed member of the committee much check-in and receive their ISAF name badge in order to access an ISAF Meeting. They will receive a conference pack including some invitations to social functions. Failure to register by the deadline may result in not being accredited as a committee member and not receiving a conference pack.
