It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa if required.
Passport/Visa Note
All visitors (except those with Gulf Co-Operation Council passports) require a visa to enter Oman. Visas can be obtained on arrival at Muscat International airport. All visitors require a passport with spare pages valid for six months (or a year for a multiple entry visa), onward or return tickets and all documents needed for the next destination. . Gulf States nationals need only their National Identity Card for entry. Visitors with visas for Dubai and Qatar do not need a visa for Oman.
Arriving passengers who are eligible for Visa on Arrival are able to make visa payments at the Travelex Foreign Exchange bureau located in the immigration arrivals hall, The cost of a Visa on arrival is OMR20.00 for a month and only OMR5.00 for10 days.
Payments cannot be made on credit card so please make sure you bring cash with you. An automatic receipt will be issued to the traveller which should then presented at the immigration desk. This reduces the time and queues for processing.
Note: Passport and visa requirements are liable to change at short notice and it is advisable to check entry requirements with your embassy or consulate.

Visas may also be pre-ordered for collection from a fast track desk on arrival. Delegates are advised to contact the Oman Embassy in their own country for full details.

Information regarding transfers to the hotel / venue will be posted in due course.
Committee Members attending meetings scheduled as part of the ISAF Annual Conferenc programme are not required to register in advance. Name badges will be available for collection from the ISAF Reception desk. Committee members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the ISAF Secretariat.

Sections 1 and 3 of the registration from but be completed for Spouses / partners who wish to be included in social events and /or attend meetings.
Representatives appointed to attend the ISAF Classes Meeting, Monday 11 November 2013 must complete the Appointed Class Representative Registration Form and are requested to return it to the ISAF Secretariat no later than Friday 25 October 2013.
