The 2009 IFDS Annual General Meeting and Associated Meetings will occur during the ISAF Annual Conference in Busan Korea, 8-9 November 2009.

Deadlines

No Ordinary Motion shall be put to an Annual General Meeting unless it is received by IFDS by 17:00 BST (+1 hour UTC), Monday 14 September 2009

All RNAs in attendance of the meeting will need to have paid any outstanding RNA Subscriptions and each RNA is entitled to send two representatives, one voting on behalf of the RNA and the other a Non-Voting Representative.

Nominations - IFDS Executive Committee and IFDS Committees

Information about the vacancies on the IFDS Executive Committee have bee distributed to RNA's. Nominations for people to stand on the IFDS Executive Committee and IFDS Committees. All nominations must be provided by completing the Nomination Forms and the original forms should be received at IFDS, c/o ISAF Secretariat no later than 1700 UTC (1600 BST), Tuesday 1 September 2009.
