ISAF Committees are appointed by the ISAF Council under the terms of Article 63. The terms of reference are detailed uner the ISAF Regulations, Part III - Committees. Commissions are appointed by the ISAF Executive Committee. Committees may appoint Working Parties to undertake specifc areas of work for a specific period of time.
