All candidates presented high level of knowledge and practice resulting interesting discussions aiming to achieve: consistency,  quality and fairness. Most of efforts were addressed on pre-race organization, starting procedures, racing itself and post racing tasks related to major events.

The organizers provided unexpected social attractions giving opportunity for attendants to visit picturesque medieval cities of Ghent and Bruges.  The host offered reasonable facilities to run the seminar. Accommodation and local hospitality provided excellent conveniences.

On completion of the seminar all 23 candidates took written test, of which 19 of them achieved the results as required for IRO level. Special thanks to coordinator Bruno de Wannemaeker and KBYV whose efforts and contributions helped to carry the seminar in a proper level.’
