Goals

My overall goals if elected a Vice-President will be to;

  • Work in a co-operative and collaborative way with the President and my fellow Vice-Presidents to meet the objectives of the strategic plan, and any policies from time to time decided by Council and Committees.
  • Seek open, clear, communication within ISAF to help the decision making process.
  • Clearly define issues arising from meeting discussion, to ensure they are understood by members
  • Build good person to person relationships both inside and outside of ISAF
  • Support women within ISAF and women's sailing generally to ensure the work begun under the Women's Sailing Committee is not lost.
  • Help progress sailing as an attractive, cohesive and globally thriving activity for both male and female sailors.
  • Have an open mind on future opportunities for sailing and
  • Generally bring my wider sports administrative experience to the table
