Goals

  • As a member of the council, which approved the Strategic Plan I fully support it and I'm ready to work on the goals.
  • The relations with the MNA's should be improved to achieve the goals. Smaller and developing countries need more encouragement to become part of the ISAF. Coming from one of these countries will give me the chance to break the barriers and establish good partnership.
  • Women participation at all levels of our sport mechanism should be encouraged, starting at club level, with improving experience continuing on national and international level. Their contribution as athlete, coach, judge, official and journalist is essential making our sport accessible and attractive.
  • As an outdoor sport it is our responsibility to protect the environment as it is our play ground. Again ISAF can take the leading role in building up environmental friendly club facilities, raising the awareness among the athletes, in practicing protective behaviour and influencing equipment production accordingly.
  • Sport is an ideal vehicle to develop understanding among individuals. It helps to overcome political, economical, gender and cultural differences and to establish a peaceful society. Working with youngsters is challenging and satisfying at the same time. My experience in this subject will help me developing the cooperation between different MNA's and between MNA's and ISAF.
