Mark REYNOLDS and Magnus LILJEDAHL (USA)
Mark REYNOLDS and Magnus LILJEDAHL (USA)Mark and Magnus went to the Olympic Regatta ranked 2nd in the world. They came from behind after a slow start to secure the Gold Medal in the last race of the Star fleet. The duo now lie as World Number 1 on the rankings, as well as holding the 2000 Star Class World Championship title. The 2000 Regatta is Mark's fourth appearance at the Olympics, having also claimed a Silver medal in 1988 and Gold in 1992, although both with a different crew.
