Julio Alsogaray (ARG) posted another race win on the final day to win the Central South American Laser Standard Championship.

The race was won by home favourite, Olympic sailor, Julio Alsogaray who won five of seven races in the championship.

With seven races completed, the final results were:
1 Julio Alsogaray (ARG) 7 pts
2 Bruno Fontes (BRA) 21 pts
