Alsogaray And Fontes Fight For South American Supremacy

Central & South American Laser Championship
Buenos Aires, Argentina

After three days of racing at the Central South American Laser Standard Championship Julio Alsogaray (ARG) holds first position.
After four races the Argentinean Olympic hopeful has three race wins to his name and is five points clear of Bruno Fontes (BRA).

Both sailors have been selected to sail at the London 2012 Olympic Sailing Competition and are pitting their wits against each other before heading to Europe.

Yago Lange (ARG) is 18 points behind Alsogary in third place with Uruguay's Alajandro Foglia on 33 points in fourth.

3. Yago Lange (ARG) 25 pts

In the Laser 4.7, Lucía Falasca is doing a great job. She finished second in the Central South American Laser Radial Championship that was held from 1-5 March and she has won two races (the first and the second one). The last race was won by the Brazil's María Cristina Knudsen Boabaid.
