This notice explains the access and usage of professional photographs produced by the Official Event Photographers.

During the Event

The Organizing Committee in Cascais has appointed Official Event Photographers for the Sailing World Championships.

There will be 3 main photographers, led by Joao Ferrand, an experienced sailing photographer.

The photographs from the Event will be available every day via the Event Website http://www.cascaisworlds2007.com/. There will be instructions on the site for access and how to download. The commercial rights of the photographer must be protected, so the use of these photos is for strictly non-commercial use only. A definition of this can be seen below.

After the Event

After the Event, the photo library will transfer to ISAF and you can request images from marketing@isaf.co.uk

Again these images will be available for non-commercial use.

Definition of non-commercial use:

By definition, non-commercial use refers to any use that does not generate income or is not used to promote the generation of income.

* brochures * leaflets
* flyers * intranet use
* editorial web use * online galleries
* internal presentations * press releases that cover the event

* class/MNA internet use not related to income generation

Television

The International Sailing Federation has appointed Csi sports as the official TV Production and distribution partner of the ISAF Sailing World Championships 2007.
