WHITEHEAD Elected New IHCA President

International Hobie Class Association News
Port Elizabeth, South Africa

South African Colin WHITEHEAD, second Hobie 16 World Champion ever, has been elected as the new President of the International Hobie Class Association (IHCA). At yesterday's party at the Hobie 16 World Championship in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, he was introduced to all competitors.

'Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you all,' said WHITEHEAD.

WHITEHEAD is currently competing at the Worlds with his son.

Five Hobie Classes hold ISAF International Class status, the International Hobie 14 Class Association, the International Hobie 16 Class Association, the International Hobie 17 Class Association, the International Hobie 18 Class Association and the Hobie Tiger Class Association. The Hobie Dragoon Class Association is an ISAF Recognized Class.
