The Notice of Race and Application for Invitation package for the 2006 ISAF Grade 3 Hardy Cup are now available on the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron website at www.rsys.com.au.
Applications are due on Monday 10 October 2005.
Now in it’s fifth year the dates for the 2006 Hardy Cup, hosted by the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron, are 6-9 February 2006.
The event is an ISAF Grade 3 event for sailors under the age of 25 years and is contested via a match racing format with on water umpiring on the spectacular Sydney Harbour.
The 2005 Hardy Cup attracted a high calibre of competitors with international entries from the USA, Sweden, Italy, Britain, New Zealand and Japan, and Australian entries from New South Wales. The 2006 event is set to provide the same high standard of competition with many applications already received from both Australia and overseas.
