John CHIARELLA (USA) has been appointed International Class Secretary of the International Star Class Yacht Racing Association (ISCYRA), completing the term of Claude BONANNI (USA).
CHIARELLA, of the Lake Sunapee Fleet, has been active in the class for many years, and has served as Lake Sunapee Fleet Captain and 12th District Secretary. He frequently competes in regional and national events, and according to ISCYRA President, Bill ALLEN (USA), has a good feel for star sailors interests and concerns throughout the country and will be an excellent addition to the Class Management Team.
